CANCELLATION POLICY
Life TOTALLY happens! 💚 If you need to reschedule, I ask 72 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to someone else. With 72 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is more than your deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before booking another appointment. Thank you for respecting my time and my small business! ✨
